Project Orchard One

Orchard One is Spiritus’s flagship Carbon Orchard™ project, located in Casper, Wyoming. Designed to permanently remove >1 million tons of CO₂ every year, it represents one of the most ambitious direct air capture (DAC) deployments in the world.

By combining our breakthrough sorbent technology with a modular, scalable design, Orchard One will deliver carbon removal at costs below $100 per ton—proving that DAC can be both affordable and transformative.

This project not only advances Wyoming’s leadership in energy innovation but also creates new opportunities for local jobs, investment, and community partnerships. Orchard One is a critical milestone on the path to gigaton-scale carbon removal, enabling industries and utilities to meet net-zero commitments with confidence.
