GTM Manager

NOTE: Recruiting for this role will resume in Q3 of 2025.

Spiritus is looking for a GTM Manager to support a variety of commercial functions across the direct air capture and carbon dioxide removal market.  

As a GTM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Spiritus's direct air capture technology to market through strategic business development and relationship building.  

We are looking for early- to mid-career professionals with a broad set of skills and experience supporting early-stage company growth across a number of functions. Experience with climate tech or carbon markets is helpful, but not required. We are eager to find a multifaceted, hard-working professional that can wear many hats and be comfortable stepping into new territory and experiences. We can teach you the carbon markets part.  

You will work closely with our technical team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, drive business growth, and drive client engagements.  

Your commercial insights into how specific industries approach decarbonization will be instrumental in driving impact both at Spiritus as well as with future clients.  

Responsibilities include leading business development efforts, coordinating client communications, developing subject matter expertise, and supporting internal process development. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leading Business Development Efforts: Serve as the primary point of contact between the market and our technical engineering teams. Identify strategic areas for growth with an eye toward market trends by industry and region; develop and build new relationships; contribute to revenue targets. 

  • Developing Go-to-Market Strategies: Craft comprehensive and tailored go-to-market strategies that outline campaign objectives, tactics, and timelines. 

  • Project Management: Take charge of internal projects to improve business functions and unlock external opportunities.  

  • Internal Collaboration: Foster collaboration and buy-in across internal teams, leveraging your leadership skills to drive alignment and shared objectives. 

  • Effective Communication: Develop coherent messaging and communicate complex topics to diverse audiences across industries and geographies. 

Qualifications: 

  • Industry Experience: +5 years of professional experience, with a preference for business development or go-to-market roles. Experience within the energy sector, climate tech or carbon markets is advantageous, but not required. 

  • Business Development Skills: Track record of driving business development, including working with clients to solve market problems, drafting creative proposals, developing strategies for successful RFP responses, and deal execution. 

  • Client Engagement & Communication: Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations and communicate complex topics effectively to senior leaders. 

  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge and preferably experience with market expansion strategies; a strong eye for identifying industry trends and developing business development strategies around those trends are strong assets. 

  • Cross-Functional Contribution: Capability and willingness to contribute across multiple teams and workstreams, ranging from engineering to marketing to finance and everything in between.

Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to perform the company's cash, purchasing, accounts payable, expense reporting, and payroll functions plus general accounting operations, including general ledger, during a critical phase of its growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment and has direct experience with purchasing, accounts payable, expense reporting and payroll, plus Bill.com, Expensify and Gusto and QuickBooks Online. The Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with the Controller and Operations and be responsible for purchasing, AP, expense reports, and payroll processing, system optimization, and general ledger accounting.

Qualifications:

  • Cash processing / reconciliation expertise - required

  • Payroll and expense report processing-required

  • General ledger experience - strongly preferred

  • Experience working in small/start-up environments - strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting

Office & Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office & Site Operations Manager to support our growing presence in New Mexico. You'll oversee daily site operations, coordinate facilities maintenance, manage vendors, and provide onsite support to our local and visiting teams. You'll be representing the company to local partners, contractors, and visitors while helping us foster a positive presence in the community and ensure our site reflects the values and professionalism of our team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly, safely, and in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Nambe and White Rock facilities, including maintenance schedules, vendor oversight, and infrastructure improvements

  • Coordinate procurement, shipping/receiving, and equipment logistics for engineering and development teams

  • Serve as an onsite point of contact for contractors, regulators, and delivery partners

  • Support budget tracking, invoice approvals, and forecasting for spend

  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely purchases

  • Help maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

  • Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling, document management, and assisting with team coordination

  • Support onsite training logistics and onboarding for new hires and visitors

  • Maintain inventory records and assist with coordination on the ground

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in office management, site operations, or facilities coordination

  • Strong organizational and vendor management skills

  • Comfortable working in dynamic, hands-on environments

  • Experience in manufacturing, lab, or industrial environments preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Familiarity with procurement systems, shipping logistics, and facilities safety best practices

  • Must be based in the Santa Fe or Los Alamos, NM, with ability to be on-site daily

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of the Program Management Plan, ensuring alignment across technical and operational workstreams

  • Build and maintain roadmaps, milestones, and reporting tools to track performance and surface risks

  • Facilitate coordination across teams (engineering, finance, operations) to support project execution and decision-making
